The Crock Motor Car Company was incorporated in 1919 as a builder of motor cars and operated from about 1920 under the same management as the longer lived Crock's Garage & Machine Company, which was a motor car dealership and a car repair company.

Very little is known about the Crock Motor Car Company except that it is recorded as a manufacturer of motor cars in 1920 and built and sold two or three Crock cars in 1921. It is known that this was a very difficult time for small motor car manufacturers following the First World War. The Crock Motor Car Company was finished by 1923.
