The Thomas Auto Truck Company of New York City was set up by Charles K Thomas, who had been vice-president of the Federal Motor Truck Company. The Thomas was a 2-ton capacity assembled truck with worm-drive and was powered by a four-cylinder engine. For 1917 Thomas also offered 2-1/2-ton and 3-1/2-ton models.

The company was incorporated as Consolidated Motors before the end of 1917. 

Very few Thomas trucks were built.

Emblems

The red, white and blue enamel Thomas Truck radiator emblem shown above is assumed to have been carried by the 2-ton capacity model and is extremely rare.

The heavier duty models in 1917 appear from the following advertisement to have had a rectangular  cast in radiator emblem and hood side nameplates but the details are unclear. If you have better details of Thomas truck emblems and nameplates, please let me know, in order to update this post.
