The Simplo built by the Cook Motor Vehicle Company was a 14-18 hp two-cylinder highwheeler with double chain drive offered in a variety of air-cooled and water-cooled models with either solid or pneumatic tires. The Simplo was produced for a year and was finished in 1909.
Emblem
There are very few original photos of the Simplo motor car and none that I have seen show an emblem or a radiator script, see example shown below:

This is not conclusive and, if you have details of any Simplo emblems, please let me know, in order to update this post.
What is certain, is that Simplo cars did display the "Simplo" name on a small maker's nameplate/serial plate, see example shown above at the top of this post. This Simplo maker's plate is very rare.
