The Stewart Iron Works was based in Covington, Kentucky, where their factory was located , but had a registered address in Cincinatti, Ohio. The main products of the Stewart Iron Works of Covington, Kentucky were cast iron fences, gates, prison cells and steel vaults. But from about 1912 to 1914, the company also offered a single one-ton truck called the Model 1, although some references say that the Stewart Iron Works truck was built up to 1916. 

The Stewart Model 1 truck had forward control and was powered by a four stroke two-cylinder engine and had chain drive. The Stewart Model 1 truck chassis was offered in five different body styles. The truck may also have been built in Cincinnati, Ohio by the US Motor Truck Company, which was a Division of the Stewart Iron Works from 1914 until the Depression, when the Stewart Iron Works sold its US Motor Truck interests (see US Motor Truck). However, detailed information about the relationship between the Stewart Iron Works and the US Motor Truck Company is difficult to confirm with certainty.

Emblems

Advertisements for the Stewart Iron Works truck in December 1912, showed the five body styles available but did not display any company logo, se example shown below:

However, the October 1913 edition of the Commercial Car Journal included illustrations of some 1914 Stewart Iron Works models, which included the radiator emblem and body side nameplate located at the side of the driver's seat, see examples shown below:

The Stewart Iron Works radiator emblem is seen in the following photo of the only surviving example of the Stewart Iron Works truck made in 1914:

The same truck was carefully restored and the photos below and at the top of this post show the radiator emblem and body side nameplate. This Stewart Iron Works radiator emblem is ultra rare.
