The King-Zeitler Company was established in 1919 and offered a full range of trucks from 3/4-ton to 5-ton capacity, all of which were powered by Continental engines. The 5-ton model was known as the Model 90. It had a chassis weight of 8,000 lbs and was only available with solid rubber tires. All other King-Zeitler models were available with pneumatic tires at an additional cost.  A bus chassis was offered in 1923. All production had ceased by 1929.

Emblems

Very little is known about King-Zeitler truck emblems, as there are very few original photos and no known survivors.

Heavy duty King-Zeitler trucks are likely to have had the "King-Zeitler" name cast into the radiator tank top, although I cannot confirm this. The low and medium duty King-Zeitler trucks carried a rectangular shaped radiator emblem, see poor quality original photo from 1924 shown below. This King-Zeitler truck also displays a King-Zeitler nameplate under the front windshield.

The red and white painted King-Zeitler radiator emblem shown above at the top of this post is very rare, The same sized emblem is also found colored white and dark blue with thicker letters for "K-Z", see example shown below. This King-Zeitler radiator emblem is also very rare.

The dates of use and truck models which used these emblems and nameplates are as yet unknown to me. If you can identify the dates of use of any of the King-Zeitler emblems or nameplates, please let me know, in order to update this post.
